Wondering about postage costs and delivery times?

In the UK, all items are shipped via Royal Mail, same day where possible and typically arrive within 1-3 working days.

Returns

We're dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our service. Each time you visit our site, our goal is to provide an experience that keeps you coming back. If, for any reason, you've had a change of heart or no longer want your order, you can return the goods within 30 days.

Include essential details such as your order number, reason for return, and whether you'd prefer a refund or exchange. Once we receive the returned product, we'll promptly issue a refund for the product costs.

For faulty, defective, or incorrectly delivered goods, please use our contact form to report the issue.

Regardless of the situation, please return products with appropriate packaging (preferably the original, undamaged packaging) indicating the reason for the return. We recommend obtaining proof of postage for your peace of mind.
